Together we have developed a clarified 65 brix pomegranate juice concentrate, clarified NFC and NFC puree. The pomegranate from India is lower in brix (12-14) and lower acidity (1.5-2.5) than other origins. No colors are addded, no acidity is added and no other fruits are mixed in.
